If there are a number of cracks/lines leading away from one central point, it is most likely something has been dropped into the bath, directly onto the acrylic surface.

1. Check that shower tray is level. If the tray is not level; reinstall. Until tray is level everything else will be impossible to judge.
2. Measure diagonally the outer frame of the door, from top left to bottom right and top right to bottom left. Compare the two dimensions. If the diagonals are out:
a. Remove the wall post cover strips. b. Loosen the top three screws on the left and right hand of the door holding the wall post fixings. c. Pull the horizontal in the direction required to bring the door back into square. d. Re-secure the wall post fixings using the same screws (No.6 x 1/2”). N.B. It may be necessary to re-drill through the wall post fixings with a 2.5mm drill bit, and secure using the same screws (No.6 x 1/2”).
3. Check the vertical outer frame to ensure that it is not bowed. If the outer frame verticals are bowed: a. Remove the wall post cover strips. b. Loosen the middle two screws on the left and right hand of the door holding the wall post fixings. c. If the verticals do not go back straight, pull/push the verticals to force them to go straight. d. Re-secure the wall post fixings using the same screws (No.6 x 1/2”). N.B. It may be necessary to re-drill through the wall post fixings with a 2.5mm drill bit, and secure using the same screws (No.6 x 1/2”).
4. Measure the length of the horizontals & verticals on the outer frame, compare the dimensions. If horizontals or verticals are a different length, then please contact Vernon Tutbury Customer Care Team as the item is faulty.
5. Measure the distance from the centre line of the pivot pin to the nearest side of the outer frame of the enclosure at the top and bottom and compare the two distances. If pivot pins are in different positions: a. First, make sure that diagonals are correct. b. Remove screw cover caps from each side of the pivot pin housing(s). c. Loosen the screws. d. Move the pivot pin housing(s) to the desired position. e. Tighten the screws and replace cover caps.
