Its state-of-the-art design captures the very latest trends for curved glass and polished silver profiles and has 6mm Class A safety glass in a crystal finish which adds instant sales appeal. The range is available with design detailing of the highest quality. Architectural rails are a special feature of these designs, adding not only rigidity, but also distinctive detailing enhanced by items such as integral bath robe holders. All frameless enclosures are a full 1900mm high to contain spray more effectively, with branded handles to reflect the essance of the brand. Rising barrel hinges press down when closed to give a watertight seal, while 20mm adjustment for out-of-true walls provides installation flexibility. The semi-frameless range adds an extra level of sophistication to showering areas and is available with a wide choice of options and sizes to match any installation need. Detailing is everything you would expect from Vernon Tutbury with neat chrome effect cover caps that add to the premium quality. This is further enhanced by elegant Vernon Tutbury badging. All enclosures have total exterior fixing and 20mm out-of-true adjustment which speeds up installation, while sliding doors easily clip free at the base for cleaning. All enclosures are 1850mm high to retain spray, with profiles in polished silver. In addition, 6mm Class A safety glass is featured on curved and panel glass and 8mm on flat doors. Bowed zircon trays are available to complement the semi-frameless range of enclosures, in addiiton to conventional zircon, zircon riser and premier tray options.

ROKLITE is a revolutionary new shower tray from Jacuzzi UK, which has the strength of a traditional cast stone, but weighing 40% less. Made with a specially protected formula, these trays are so light, easy to fit and exceptionally hardwearing, they're the ultimate plumber's mate. The strengthening properties of acrylic with stone, combined with a layered structure, provide ultimate durability. A Vortex waste and trap is included with all ROKLITE Trays which provides an exceptionally high flow rate and is arguably the best product on the market. Optional Riser Kits are available to convert to Riser Trays. Easy fit adjustable legs, panels and clips are provided in these kits and this unique fixing system sets panels flush to the tray with no overhang.
The frameless enclosure acrylic tray offers contemporary style and choice. The trays are fashionably shallow in design but allow a panel and leg set to be fitted should it be required. The trays are available as a flat top design or with fitted upstands. The trays also benefit from having a vortex waste system that removes 36 litres of water per minute.

This sturdy tray is made from stone bonded resin to give the completely rigid feel underfoot that a quality shower enclosure demands. Cast-in upstands provide a trouble free seal between tray and wall, while 90 degree outer tray walls ease fitting with no draw angle. The design has two removable panels for easy access and a top access waste for easy maintenance.
Premier trays are made of acrylic capped ABS with an integrally bonded rim frame and a fully bonded baseboard. This ensures the rigidity so often lacking in other acrylic trays.
